Audience patterns are shifting , so I was wondering if people might answer a few questions as to what would inspire them to go to see an Off Broadway show, as opposed to Broadway .
Would it be
1)- PRICE ($40 as opposed to the average Broadway ticket price of $189 (source :SEAT GEEK) ?
Do discounts for students and or seniors make the tickets more attractive?S
2)-SUBJECT MATTER ?
3)-EASE OF TRANSPORT to and from Theatre ( trains , busses ,parking ?)
4)-SHOW BEING NEAR TO Bars , Restaurants , hotels for before and after performance?
5)-START TIME (do you prefer a 7 pm curtain as opposed to 8pm for a show that runs 2 1/2 including intermission ) ?

The next question is How do you discover a show that you would like to go see?
A)- Newspaper ad
B)- Internet (if so ,where-Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, other?)
C)-Fliers , posters ?
D)- Commercials on streaming services like Pluto TV ,TUBI, etc.
Finally, how far in advance do you like to book tickets?
T1- A month in advance
T2- Two Weeks Prior
T3- Week of Performance
T4-Take chance that there will be tickets available day of at box office.
