LION Update Preproduction 1

Updates on THE LION IN WINTER :

Our Set designer/Builder Nicole Simpson is working on the barrels needed for the ending.

Our Music Composer Sound designer Flynn Ayers is working very hard on the score /soundscape.

We have a rehearsal space for all but the final week .

We still need space February 17th -22nd, final week before move into theatre. If you know of available space in the Rochester ,NY area contact Kevin at TETCNY@gmail.com . Put LION IN WINTER in the heading.

I have started getting contact from performers interested in auditioning .

I am speaking with a Fight Director next week , reached out to a suggested Intimacy Director ,

and we just got Kenneth DeBot as our Lighting Designer . Kenneth has done lighting in the theatre in the past, and is thus familiar with the space .

Things are coming together but STILL a lot more to do.

We still need

BOX OFFICE people,

USHERS / CONCESSIONS,

STAGEHANDS ,

WARDROBE to care for rented costumes ,

and

LIGHT/SOUND BOARD operator .

Hopefully , I soon can start posting photos of set progress and maybe some music samples.
